Design for producing pp/hdpe flat yarn. It’s maximum pp melting output up to 320 kg / hr, equipped with screen filter changer and rotary blades slitting system, it can save the time for stopping changing blades, and also can deducting the loss. The pressure rollers of take off unit is controlled by pneumatic system, and synchronized control electronic control box to control full set machine. Our magnetic type winder is electronic tension control winder and provides superior wind-up flat surface quality.
